Sesame Brown Rice Salad W/ Shredded Chicken And Peanuts

  1. 1. Cook rice according to package directions. Transfer rice to large bowl;fluff with a fork.Cool. Add chicken, carrot, onions, peanuts, cilantro and salt to rice. toss to combine.
  2. 2. Combine juice and oil and remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Drizzle over rice mixture. Sprinkle each serving with peanuts and cilantro for garnish.
