Chicken Pesto Sandwich

  1. +Combine Garlic, Basil, Pine nut, Parmesan in a blender and slowly add the olive oil.
  2. +Marinate the chicken in OJ for about 20 minutes
  3. +Heat up the grill
  4. +Season chickn w/S & P. Grill chicken and then slice in halves for thin breasts.
  5. +Grill the foccacia for 2 minutes each side and then brush with olive oil...You must not use oil before grilling...Olive oil burns...
  6. +Add Pesto to top bun.
  7. +Add chicken then brie,tomato, and enoki in that order to bottom bun.
  8. + serve with fries,Fried leeks,pasta salad...etc
