Hearty Turkey Soup

  1. Saute onion in butter until transparent. Stir in curry powder and cook one minute longer. Stir in potatoes, carrots, celery, broth, and seasoning to taste and bring to boil over low heat. Stir in peas, turkey, oregano and parsley. Cook until vegetables are barely
  2. tender, but crisp. Combine milk and flour and stir in gently until well blended. The soup should be slightly thickened. Check seasoning.
