Triple Layer Cookies And Cream Crunch Bars
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 20 Oreos
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and the vanilla. Add in cocoa. Then flour and salt. Mix well. Fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
- Spread in a prepared pan. Sink 9 Oreos into batter and press gently. Bake 25-30 minutes.
- While baking, crush remaining Oreos and Ziplock bag. When brownies are done baking, sprinkle with 1/2 cup chocolate chips and Oreo crumbs. Place back in oven to 2-3 minutes.
- During oven time, melt remaining chocolate chips and peanut butter together. Pour on top of brownies. Spread.
- Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
