  1. In a pressure cooker, add onions, green chili, coriander paste, ginger paste, garlic paste ingredients one at a time
  2. Once onions are golden, add a 1/4 cup water little water and cook till water thickens
  3. Once water is slightly thick, add salt, turmeric, coriander, and chili powder.
  4. Add all the lentils
  5. Let cook for 5 minutes
  6. Grind the tomato and coconut to a paste and add to the lentil mixture
  7. Cover the pressure cooker and cook for 1 whistle on high flame
  8. Cook for 5 minutes on medium flame
  9. Serve with crunchy, salty snacks
