Quick Cacciatore

  1. Mix spaghetti sauce and tomatoes in pot adding spices to taste.
  2. Cut green pepper; add to sauce.
  3. Add mushrooms.
  4. Cook on stove until bubbly then reduce to simmer.
  5. While sauce is simmering, cook chicken in frypan with only 1 to 2 tablespoons oil.
  6. Using a nonstick pan is best.
  7. Cook chicken until done, browning on both sides.
  8. Add chicken to sauce.
  9. Spoon sauce over your favorite pasta.
  10. Place chicken on top.
  11. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
