Bacon-Wrapped Hot Dogs On Pretzel Buns

  1. Mix the Whole Grain Dijon Mustard and Sweet and Hot Mustard in a 50/50 ratio. Dice the bell pepper and crumble the cheese.
  2. Wrap the hot dogs in bacon and fry in a skillet on HIGH heat until bacon is crispy and blackened. Split the pretzel sticks lengthwise and place bacon-wrapped hot dogs inside. Top with mustard mix, cheese, and bell pepper to taste.
  3. Optional: Microwave on high for 30 seconds with a glass of water to melt the cheese and warm the pretzel stick without drying it out.
