Stir-Fry Vegetables

  1. In 3-quart casserole place oil, butter and onions.
  2. Microwave, uncovered, at High for 4 minutes until hot.
  3. Stir in and mix well green pepper, cabbage, carrots, green onions, broccoli, cauliflower and celery.
  4. Microwave at High, covered, for 4 minutes.
  5. Add meat and mushrooms and continue to microwave, uncovered for 4 to 6 minutes more.
  6. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
