Parmesan Scalloped Potatoes

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients and set aside
  2. Arrange 1/3 of the potatoes in. Lightly greased shallow 3 qt baking dish
  3. Sprinkle w half the Parmesan mixture. Repeat layers ending w potato slices
  4. Combine whipping cream and water, pour over potato mixture, sprinkle w Parmesan and 1 1/2 Tbs rosemary
  5. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hrs. Uncover and bake an additional 30 min
  6. Let stand 10 min before serving
