Pantry Pork Chops
- 5 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 1/4 tsp. freshly chopped rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 4 pork rib chops, about 1 1/4 inch thick
- Whisk together all of the ingredients, except pork chops, to make a marinade.
- Pour the marinade into a large plastic resealable bag and add the chops.
- Press the air out of the bag and seal it tightly.
- Turn the bag several times to distribute the marinade.
- Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes for best flavor.
- Remove the chops from the marinade and grill over direct high heat for 10 minutes.
- Turn once halfway through grilling times.
- Remove from grill and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with grill roasted peppers and zucchini, if desired.
