Cream Cheese-Fruit Tarts
- 1 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
- 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. assorted fruits (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, grapes or sliced apricots, peaches, plums or figs)
- 1/3 c. apple jelly, melted
- Heat
- oven
- to
- 375u0b0.
- Mix
- baking
- mix,
- 2 tablespoons sugar, the
- margarine and 1 package cream cheese in small bowl until dough
- forms
- a ball.
- Divide dough into 6 equal pieces. Press each
- piece
- in
- ungreased
- tart pan, 4 1/4 x 1-inch, or ungreased 10
- ounce
- custard
- cup
- (press on bottom and 3/4 up side).
- Place on cookie sheet.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light brown; cool.
