Chili

  1. Sautee onion, green pepper, garlic in oil. Add beef and continue cooking until brown. Add all other ingredients except beans, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer gently, uncovered, until sauce thickens - about 1.5 hours. Add beans and serve.
