Cheese And Sausage Quiche

  1. Brown sausage in medium skillet, stirring until crumbly. Drain sausage on paper towel, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings. Saute onion and green pepper in reserved drippings in skillet for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Mix flour and cheese in bowl.
  3. Stir in sausage and sauteed vegetables.
  4. Spoon into pie shell.
  5. Combine eggs, evaporated milk, parsley flakes, garlic salt, seasoned salt and pepper in bowl; mix until smooth.
  6. Pour over sausage mixture. Place on baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 375u0b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown and set.
  8. Yield:
  9. 6 servings.
