Blueberry Marshmallow Dessert
- 1 large bag marshmallows (46)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 pint cream whipped
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
- Melt marshmallows and milk in double boiler, let cool then fold into whipped cream.
- Brown flour, brown sugar and butter by mixing the ingredients together in a large oblong cake pan and put in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Stir several times. Take out 1/2 cup for top and press the rest in the pan. (You may want to sprinkle some cinnamon over crust).
- Pour 1/2 marshmallow mixture over crust. Pour blueberry pie filling over mixture and then put rest of marshmallow mixture on blueberries. Sprinkle crumbs on top of all.
- Let stand over night.
