Favorite Spinach Salad

  1. Cook and prep first 3 ingredients and set aside.
  2. In a jar (preferably), combine the rest of ingredients and shake well. (this can be done a day ahead, for better flavor).
  3. When ready to serve, toss spinach in dressing, then top with bacon and chopped egg.
  4. Tip - if bringing salad to another location, carefully remove yolks from whites, chop whites ahead of time, and hand-crumble yolks when serving salad.
