Frosty Rainbow Pie(Lime, Pink Lemonade, Lemonade, Pineapple Or Orange)

  1. Bake pie shell as directed and cool.
  2. Beat 3 egg whites at room temperature until soft peaks form.
  3. Beat in 1/2 cup sugar gradually until stiff.
  4. Beat in 3 egg yolks at low speed.
  5. Beat in thawed Cool Whip topping until blended.
  6. Beat in 1/3 cup of one of the following choices of frozen juice, thawed and undiluted, and add appropriate food coloring:
  7. lime Juice (green food coloring), pink lemonade (tiny bit of red food coloring), lemonade or pineapple juice (yellow food coloring), orange juice (red + yellow food coloring).
  8. Mound into pie shell.
  9. Freeze several hours until firm.
  10. Serve frozen and refreeze unused portion.
