Peppermint Chocolate Cake

  1. Sift together first 4 ingredients.
  2. Cream oleo at high speed for 3 minutes.
  3. Add sugar 1 cup at a time.
  4. mix well.
  5. Beat eggs and add 1 at a time.
  6. Mix for 3 minutes.
  7. Add vanilla, butter, chocolate and peppermint extract.
  8. Add to dry ingredients.
  9. Add milk and sour cream.
  10. Beat for 4 minutes.
  11. Pour into waxed paper lined tube pan.
  12. Bake in preheated oven for 75 to 90 minutes. Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
