Leyara'S Rice With Stir-Fry / Reis Mit Gebratenem

  1. Wash the Rice
  2. Start to Boil 4 Cups Rice with 8 Cups Water with the top on, as soon as it Boils reduce the Heat, so that it's still boiling but don't overflows. Keep the top on but just half way. Don't stir and don't move the cooking Pot. Let it cook 15-20 min till the water is gone, you can check if it's gone buy sticking a knife between the rice and Pot and look if there's still water there.
  3. Cut the meat, Fish and or Tofu*
  4. Chop the Ginger, Garlic, Chilies*
  5. Wash & Chop the Green Onions the white and green Part ( Put in a Bowl)
  6. Wash & Cut the Broccoli and Carrots*
  7. Wash & Cut the Chinese Cabbage and Savoy Cabbage*
  8. Wash the bean sprouts
  9. Heat the Vegetable Oil
  10. Add the bowl with the chillies stir for 30 sec.
  11. Add the bowl with the Tofu and Meat
  12. Add the Soya- and Oyster-Sauce
  13. Cook till the meat is almost done
  14. Add the bowl with Broccoli
  15. After 5 min add the bowl with Cabbage
  16. Cook till it's soft
  17. Add the Bean Sprouts
  18. Cook 5 more minutes and it's done
  19. You always can add water and or Soya- & Oyster-Sauce if it gets to dry or you want more flavor.
  20. *(Put together in a Bowl)
  21. For the Fried Rice the next Day:
  22. Heat Vegetable Oil in a Pan
  23. Add the rice fry till its gets dryer
  24. Add the Stir Fry
  25. Then add the Eggs
  26. Fry till the eggs are good and every thing is hot
  27. Or you can heat it longer till is a bit crispy
