Poulet W/ Salad

  1. Small frying pan...
  2. Combine 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil with a table spoon of worcestershire sauce...
  3. place frying pan over moderate temperature burner and heat....when oil it starts to spit, quickly add sliced chicken, then cover for 90 seconds, remove cover, turn, replace cover and continue to cook for another 90 seconds....
  4. You can prepare the salad, add dressing and place on serving plates while the chicken is cooking....
  5. Top with chicken and serve with your favorite white wine...mine's Baileyana Firepeak Reserve, Chardonnay
