Dutch Creamy Cheesy Pasta

  1. Method for pasta dough
  2. 1.Create a mound of flour and then make a hole in the middle (1 min)
  3. 2.Add the whole egg to the middle of the flour hole (2 min)
  4. 3.Draw in the flour mixing together slowly with a fork (5 min)
  5. 4.Wrap dough in plastic and leave for 30 min to settle
  6. 5.During the time the pasta is resting start to make the sauce

  8. 10.Get a pot and start to boil some water with a bit of olive oil
  9. 11.Check the pasta and if it looks right start to knead it for about 2 minutes
  10. Method for sauce
  11. 6.First you have grated the Dutch cheese until it's all grated. (5 minutes)
  12. 7.Then you have to cut up the bell pepper and rinse it. (5 minutes)
  13. 8.Now we have rinse the olives and cut them in half (5 minutes)
  14. 12.Now put the cream and the cheese into a pan and on the stove and stir it for 5 minutes
  15. 13.While your partner is making the sauce put the pasta into the boiling water
  16. 14.After that put in the olives and the capsicum and stir it.
  17. 15.Add in the oregano and take the pan of the stove and stir again
  18. 16.Check on your pasta if its ready
  19. 17.If the pasta is ready take it out and put into the serving plate
  20. 18.Pour your sauce over the pasta and then add dash of olive oil on top.
  21. 19.Then you have finished and time to enjoy (:
  22. 20.When flour and egg starting to mix well, use fingers to combine further. (5 min)
  23. 21.Knead dough using hands for around 5-10 minutes ensuring elastic texture not too flaky or to sticky
