Dutch Creamy Cheesy Pasta
- 1 packet Dutch Cheese
- 1 carton Cream
- 3 Eggs
- 1 can Olives
- 300 grams Flour
- drizzle Olive Oil
- 1 shake Oregano
- pepper to taste
- 1 Yellow bell Pepper
- Method for pasta dough
- 1.Create a mound of flour and then make a hole in the middle (1 min)
- 2.Add the whole egg to the middle of the flour hole (2 min)
- 3.Draw in the flour mixing together slowly with a fork (5 min)
- 4.Wrap dough in plastic and leave for 30 min to settle
- 5.During the time the pasta is resting start to make the sauce

- 10.Get a pot and start to boil some water with a bit of olive oil
- 11.Check the pasta and if it looks right start to knead it for about 2 minutes
- Method for sauce
- 6.First you have grated the Dutch cheese until it's all grated. (5 minutes)
- 7.Then you have to cut up the bell pepper and rinse it. (5 minutes)
- 8.Now we have rinse the olives and cut them in half (5 minutes)
- 12.Now put the cream and the cheese into a pan and on the stove and stir it for 5 minutes
- 13.While your partner is making the sauce put the pasta into the boiling water
- 14.After that put in the olives and the capsicum and stir it.
- 15.Add in the oregano and take the pan of the stove and stir again
- 16.Check on your pasta if its ready
- 17.If the pasta is ready take it out and put into the serving plate
- 18.Pour your sauce over the pasta and then add dash of olive oil on top.
- 19.Then you have finished and time to enjoy (:
- 20.When flour and egg starting to mix well, use fingers to combine further. (5 min)
- 21.Knead dough using hands for around 5-10 minutes ensuring elastic texture not too flaky or to sticky
