Sausage Pie

  1. Place sausages on a rack in baking pan, bake at 350u0b0 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  2. Cut into 1-inch pieces; set aside.
  3. In a skillet, saute peppers in oil for 3 minutes.
  4. Place in a 3-quart casserole; add the sausages and the rice, tomatoes, corn, Cheddar cheese, Worcestershire, salt, parsley and basil. Combine bread crumbs and butter, sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
  5. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
