Hamburger Dumpling Casserole

  1. Mix the ground beef, egg, sour cream, onion soup mix and diced bread and shape into small meatballs.
  2. Roll the meatballs in the flour and paprika.
  3. Mix and brown in butter.
  4. Mix the mushrooms, liquid, cream of chicken soup and water and pour over meatballs and simmer while making dumplings.
