Cinnamon Chivda (Killer Krispies)
- 3 cups corn flakes (or Kashi 7 whole grain flakes)
- 2 cups rice krispies
- 2 tbs coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 cups slivered almonds
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tsp mango power (or 1 tsp coriander powder and 1 tsp cumin powder)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- Combine the cereals and set aside.
- Combine all other ingredients in measuring cup
- Add the cereal mix and mix well. Add the nuts,
- Place in baking pan for 8 minutes. Turn pan after 4 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and cool completely.
- Store in an airtight container.
