Wurstsalat
- 1 lb ring bologna
- (as the name implies is comes in the shape similar to a whole kilbassa but it's not smoked.boars head makes a good one)
- 6 oz. jarlsberg cheese in one piece
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 2 dill pickles
- dressing:
- 1/2 c. light mayonaise
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 T dijon mustard
- 1//4 cupped snipped chives
- 1/2 small onion minced
- two dashes hot sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1. cut bologna, cheese and pickles into small cubes,they should all be the same size. roughly chop eggs.
- 2.whisk all dressing ingredients together and let sit in frig at least half an hour.
- 3. fold the chopped ingredients into the dressing and serve on good quality soft rolls.
