Light Salad With Pasta And Figs

  1. Boil water for pasta and boil it. I prefer penne or bolts pasta because it 's easier to mix with the other ingredients for my salad.
  2. While the pasta are getting done get a large bowl to prepair the ingredients for the salad.
  3. Slice the cucumber and then cut the slices to four pieces each and also cut the dried figs at four pieces. I don't rub off the cucumber and gives a crunchy feeling in the mouth.
  4. Cut the half green apple into pieces and add the corn and the tuna. Shred the tuna to ''spread'' it all over the salad.
  5. Mix these ingredients and cold your pasta when ready. After you cold it, just add the ingredients and mix them up once again.
  6. Serve in two average bowls and add some parmesan cheese on top and balsamic vinegar.
  7. Put the bowls in the fridge for 5 minutes and voila!
  8. Ready to eat a cold plate pasta salad with some colors!
