Light Salad With Pasta And Figs
- penne/bolts pasta for 2 people
- 6 dried figs
- 1/2 green apple
- 1 canned tuna (always prefer fresh when available)
- 1 can sweet corn
- 1 cucumber
- balsamic vinegar
- Boil water for pasta and boil it. I prefer penne or bolts pasta because it 's easier to mix with the other ingredients for my salad.
- While the pasta are getting done get a large bowl to prepair the ingredients for the salad.
- Slice the cucumber and then cut the slices to four pieces each and also cut the dried figs at four pieces. I don't rub off the cucumber and gives a crunchy feeling in the mouth.
- Cut the half green apple into pieces and add the corn and the tuna. Shred the tuna to ''spread'' it all over the salad.
- Mix these ingredients and cold your pasta when ready. After you cold it, just add the ingredients and mix them up once again.
- Serve in two average bowls and add some parmesan cheese on top and balsamic vinegar.
- Put the bowls in the fridge for 5 minutes and voila!
- Ready to eat a cold plate pasta salad with some colors!
