Monastary Cheese Cake

  1. Crust:
  2. Mix together crackers, cinnamon and melted butter. Press into buttered 8 inch pan
  3. Filling:
  4. Beat eggs well and add 1/3 cup sugar and continue beating. Add cheese piece at a time and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat well, pour on top of crust. Bake at 35o oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Test with cake tester. Remove from oven cool refrigerate.
  5. Topping:
  6. Mix sour cream 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Spread on cake and return to oven 5 minutes, remove and cool refrigerate
