Stir Fried Chicken & Sesame Noodles
- 1 lb Lo mein noodles
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 3 large chicken breasts cut in strips
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sambal
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- Scallions
- Sesame seeds
- Cook lo mein noodles and place to the side. Pour sesame oil over the top to keep from sticking.
- In wok place canola oil. Add garlic cook for 30 seconds and add cut up chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- In a container mix together sambal, peanut butter, soy sauce, and chicken stock.
- Add noodles and mixture to the wok. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Top with scallions and sesame seeds.
