Rob'S Chicken Burger

  1. 1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat.
  2. 2. Pour 2 tablespoons ovoo in a saute pan over medium/high heat. Saute the shallots, red bell pepper, mushrooms, jaleponos for 4-5 minutes or to desired tenderness. Add worcestershire sauce and saute for another minute.
  3. Set aside and allow all vegetables to cool.
  4. 3. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, vegetables, bread crumbs, milk, old bay seasoning and salt & pepper to taste. Mix all together well add chicken and form into 4-5 patties.
  5. 4. Grill over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes per side.
  6. Enjoy!
