Rob'S Chicken Burger
- 1 Shallot, chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
- 2 jalapenos, chopped
- 1 pounds ground chicken
- 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 1/4 1% milk
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- kosher salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat.
- 2. Pour 2 tablespoons ovoo in a saute pan over medium/high heat. Saute the shallots, red bell pepper, mushrooms, jaleponos for 4-5 minutes or to desired tenderness. Add worcestershire sauce and saute for another minute.
- Set aside and allow all vegetables to cool.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, vegetables, bread crumbs, milk, old bay seasoning and salt & pepper to taste. Mix all together well add chicken and form into 4-5 patties.
- 4. Grill over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes per side.
