Hamburger Mesquite

  1. Mix everything in a large mixing bowl then cover to marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  2. Form two thick patties while the grill or frying pan is heating to medium high heat.
  3. Toast the bottom buns on the grill or pan, then add mayo, mild Indian curry catsup, and top with butter lettuce.
  4. Fry the burgers 3 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other. Add pepper jack cheese the last minute before serving.
