Strawberry Cream Desert

  1. In a bowl combine cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into an ungreased 9X13" pan. Refrigerate for 15 minutes
  2. Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powder sugar until smooth. Wisk in one cup of whipping cream. Spread over prepared crust.
  3. In a large bowl dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Wisk in yogurt and 6 cups whipped topping until blended. Pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for one hour.
  4. Spread remaining whipped topping over strawberry layer. Cover and Refrigerate overnight.
  5. Just before serving, combine topping ingreidents and sprinkle over whipped topping.
