Crepes With Carmelized Bananas
- 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 3 tbsn. Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 tsp. Kosher Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tbsn. Melted Butter
- FOR CARMELIZED BANANAS:
- 2 whole Sliced Bananas
- 3 tbsn.Butter
- 3 tbsn. Brown Sugar
- Crepes:
- In a big bowl, mix flour, sugar and salt,
- In a smaller bowl, mix eggs, milk and melted butter.
- Slowly incorporate liquid into the dry ingredients, whisking frequently.
- To cook, pour ladle of batter in skillet. Tilt the pan to spread batter. Cook about 30 seconds and flip. Press with spatula to keep crepe flat.
- Caramelized Bananas:
- Slice bananas.
- Melt butter and sugar in saucepan over medium heat.
- Cook and stir for about 3 minutes.
- Add bananas and remove from heat. Toss to coat.
- Pour over crepes.
