Papa'S Linguine With Clams

  1. After steaming clams; shell, quater large little necks; place in a bowl and set aside
  2. Place tomatoes in a bowl and crush by hand; add all ingredients except oil, garlic, red pepper flakes; half parsley
  3. Fill large pan 3/4 with water on high heat
  4. In a large skillet heat garlic and red pepper flakes until arromatic
  5. Add tomatoes with remaining ingredients and simmer on low to medium heat approx. 20min
  6. Then add linguine to boiling water; boil for 9 min.
  7. Add all clams (steamed and minced) to sauce
