Angel Hair With Garlic Tomato Sauce

  1. Cook pasta according to manufacturer's instructions for al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil over medium heat and cook garlic until golden.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients, increase heat to medium-high and cook for 20 minutes, until reduced by approximately one third, stirring occasionally. At this point the sauce should be thick.
  4. Drain angel hair and mix in the sauce. Serve with fresh parmesan.
