5 Layer Dip
- 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
- 1 small can bean dip
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp. picante sauce
- 3 avocados, mashed
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. grated Jack cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) can black olives, sliced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- To make first layer, combine first 5 ingredients; mix well.
- To make second layer, combine cream cheese and picante.
- To make third layer, combine avocados, pepper, lemon juice and garlic salt to taste (1/4 teaspoon+).
- To make fourth layer, combine Cheddar and Jack cheeses by tossing together.
- To make the final layer, mix black olives and tomato.
