Pork Soup

  1. Cut pork in 1/2-inch cubes.
  2. Shake with flour in a plastic bag until coated.
  3. Heat oil in a 3-quart saucepan.
  4. Add pork.
  5. Brown lightly.
  6. Add onions; saute 2 to 3 minutes longer.
  7. Add celery, bouillon cubes, watter and marjoram.
  8. Bring to boiling, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
  9. Add potatoes and mushrooms to liquid.
  10. Bring to a boil again, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  11. Stir in green pepper and pimientos.
  12. Simmer for 5 minutes more.
  13. Sprinkle with parsley.
