Penne With Herbs And Tomatoes

  1. Cook pasta, adding vegetable during the last two minutes of cooking
  2. (Stir occasionally throught next steps to finish) Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add oil to coat. Add garlic and cook until just brown, about 4 minutes. Increase heat to medium high and add tomatoes. Cook for 1 minute, add pasta mixture, salt and pepper until thoroughly heated. Remove from heat, stir in basil and parsley. Sprinkle with cheese.
