Seafood Paella With Ramen Noodles
- 4 to 5 ounces garlic minced
- 15 to 20 large shrimp shelled and deveined
- 1 tilapia fillet cubed
- 2 packages ramen noodles
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 cup chicken broth
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- Pour about 1/4 inch olive oil into a large frying pan on medium heat add half the garlic and simmer for a few minutes. Add scallops simmer till tender add shrimp and simmer until tender. Scoop out with a slotted spoon and set aside.
- Meanwhile in a separate pot of boilling water cook ramen noodles until soft.
- Heat oil remaining in frying pan over low heat and add flour to make a roux. Add wine stir well until smooth and let simmer cooking off the alcohol. Add remaining garlic along with chicken broth salt and pepper cilantro. Add cooked seafood and stir well.
- Heat about 1/4 inch olive oil to medium high in another frying pan. Separate and drop in the ramen noodles to cover the whole pan, fry to light brown and turn over.
- Place noodles on serving platter and cover with seafood mixture.
