Seafood Paella With Ramen Noodles

  1. Pour about 1/4 inch olive oil into a large frying pan on medium heat add half the garlic and simmer for a few minutes. Add scallops simmer till tender add shrimp and simmer until tender. Scoop out with a slotted spoon and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile in a separate pot of boilling water cook ramen noodles until soft.
  3. Heat oil remaining in frying pan over low heat and add flour to make a roux. Add wine stir well until smooth and let simmer cooking off the alcohol. Add remaining garlic along with chicken broth salt and pepper cilantro. Add cooked seafood and stir well.
  4. Heat about 1/4 inch olive oil to medium high in another frying pan. Separate and drop in the ramen noodles to cover the whole pan, fry to light brown and turn over.
  5. Place noodles on serving platter and cover with seafood mixture.
