Chicken Tikka And Paneer Ravioli With A Cream Sauce
- Ingredients for marinade
- 1 1/2 cups of yogurt
- 2 pinches of garam masala
- 2 pinches of chaat masala
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 drop of orange food coloring
- Ingredients for filling
- 1/2 block of paneer
- Ingredients for sauce
- 15 small cubes of chicken

- 2 full eggs
- 300g all purpose flour

- 5 baby cherry tomatoes
- 1 lemon
- sauce ingredients
- 1 tetra pack milk
- 1/2 block butter
- 1 tablespoon of oregano
- 1 clove garlic
- Method for creating pasta
- 1.treate a mound of flour and then make a hole in the middle
- 2.tdd the whole egg to the middle of the flour hole
- 3.traw in the flour mixing together slowly with a fork
- 4.then flour and egg starting to mix well, use fingers to combine further.
- 5.tnead dough using hands for around 5-10 minutes ensuring elastic texture not too flaky or to sticky
- 6.trap dough in plastic and leave for 30 min to settle
- 7.then finished resting roll out dough in pasta machine.
- Method for filling and ravioli :
- 8. Crumble paneer in a bowl and add the chicken tikka spice and herbs. Mix well.
- 9.tay the pasta dough out on your bench and put the filling on the pasta neatly about one inch apart.
- 10.told the remains of the pasta dough over the filling, put the wateron the edges and neatly press the pasta together with a fork to prevent the filling escaping.
- 11.tow cut in between the pasta to make the ravioli individual.
- 12.till saucepan with boiling water and put the heat onto medium.
- 13.tlace the ravioli into a sieve and put it in boiling water for 5 minutes
- method for chicken:
- cook the chicken tikka cubes. Heat the pan to medium and pour the chicken in. Leave to cook for 5 mins stirring occasionally.
- Method for sauce:
- 14.thile boiling, start to make the sauce. Add one table spoon of butter to the sauce pan and then add half a cup of all-purpose flour and mix them both till the flour is sticky. Add one cup of milk and the seasonings with garlic and stir till the sauce is thickened.
- Finishing off:
- 15.take ravioli out of the saucepan and drain with a sift.
- 16.take a bowl and pour the ravioli into it. Then pour the sauce in with the pasta. Mix well until the pasta is coated well.
- 18. apply the chicken cubes to the pasta and serve dish.
