Lovejoy Pasta Salad

  1. Bring water to a rapid boil in large saucepan. Add pasta and cook until al dente (still slightly firm).
  2. While pasta is cooking prepare other ingredients.
  3. Get a large mixing (or serving) bowl.
  4. Drain olives and cut in half, add to bowl.
  5. Wash tomatoes and cut in half, add to bowl.
  6. Drain artichoke hearts, cut into chunks (roughly quarters), add to bowl.
  7. Cut mozzarella balls in half, add to bowl.
  8. Add in pasta and dressing and toss all ingredients thoroughly.
  9. Can be served immediately or allowed to marinade for a short while. This will keep for several days if pasta is not overcooked and tomatoes are very firm.
  10. Drain pasta and rinse under cold water to stop the heating process.
  11. In a large mixing (or serving) bowl,

pasta, fresh mozzarella bocconcini, black olives, hearts, grape, italian dressing
