Grilled Pork Tenderloin With Blackberry Marinade

  1. Whisk marinade ingredients together in large bowl until thoroughly combined. Add the pork medallions and let marinade in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  2. Prepare grill.
  3. Grill pork medallions on preheated gas grill (or over glowing coals on a charcoal grill) until just cooked through, approximately 5 minutes on each side.
