Red Beans And Rice(Preparation Time: 10 Minutes And Cooking Time: 20 Minutes)

  1. Coat a Dutch oven with cooking spray over medium-high heat unti hot.
  2. Add sausage and next 3 ingredients.
  3. Saute until tender.
  4. Add beans and next 7 ingredients.
  5. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  6. Remove and discard bay leaf.
  7. Serve over rice.
  8. Garnish with thyme sprigs, if desired.
  9. Yields 8 servings.
