Fluffy Fruit Salad

  1. Drain pineapple.
  2. Reserve 1 cup juice.
  3. In saucepan, add pineapple juice, sugar, flour, eggs, orange juice, lemon juice, and oil.
  4. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  5. Boil for 1 minute.
  6. Remove from the heat and let cool.
  7. In a salad bowl, combine pineapple, fruit cocktail, oranges, and bananas.
  8. Fold in whipped cream and the cooled sauce.
  9. Chill for several hours.
