Healthy Steamed Corned Beef & Cabbage

  1. Combine ingredients of marinade and add beef. Marinate beef for at least 2 hours (overnight is better). Layer the bottom of the steamer shelves with cabbage leaves. Layer remaining ingredients evenly throughout steamer. Steam for 30 - 40 min.
