Easy Beef Stew

  1. Cut meat into
  2. bite-size chunks, then cover with flour. In Dutch oven, heat oil.
  3. Brown
  4. meat on both sides and reduce heat totedium.
  5. Add
  6. onion,
  7. garlic
  8. and
  9. remaining
  10. flour. Gradually add water,touillon cubes, salt, Worcestershire and pepper.
  11. Cook stirring until mixture is slightly thick.
  12. Cover and simmer for 2 1/2
  13. hours,
  14. then
  15. add potatoes, carrots and peas.took 30 minutes longer.
