Super Seafood Salad

  1. Drain crabmeat and shrimp into a strainer; rinse well using cold water.
  2. Let stand in bowl of ice water for 20 minutes to develop flavor.
  3. Meanwhile, line chilled salad plates with layers of lettuce leaves.
  4. Place tomato and eggs around outside edge. Set aside.
  5. Drain shrimp and crabmeat well, using double thickness of paper towels.
  6. In a medium bowl, toss shrimp and crabmeat with lemon juice and minced onion.
  7. Place mound of shrimp, crabmeat mixture in center of plate.
  8. Sprinkle with dried parsley and Mrs. Dash.
  9. Place in refrigerator at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers and dressing of your choice.
  10. Ranch and Lite Thousand Island are both excellent with this salad.
