Uncooked Fruit Cake
- 1 (12 oz.) box figs, chopped
- 1 c. candied red cherries
- 1 c. candied green cherries
- 3 c. walnuts or pecans
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. sherry wine flavoring
- 1 c. diced candied citrons (optional)
- 2 (15 oz.) boxes raisins
- 1 (8 oz.) box dates, chopped
- 2 c. cooked pitted prunes, drained
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 2 (1 lb.) boxes graham crackers, rolled fine
- 1 c. honey
- Cream butter, honey, flavoring and prunes.
- Gradually mix in graham cracker crumbs and other ingredients.
- Have molds (round or oblong) well-greased.
- Pack cake firm in mold.
- Decorate with red, green and white candied pineapple slices.
- Let set in mold at least 24 hours in refrigerator.
