Fried Oysters

  1. Deep fryer or "fry daddy" , pre-heated to 350 degrees F. Canola oil works well for home use in this recipe.
  2. Put oysters in liquid and drain well, then dip in rice flour/corn meal mix and cook in fryer until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Keep warm in pre-heated oven if desired. Repeat with other half of oysters. Serve with cocktail sauce.

rice flour, corn meal, salt, pepper, ground cumin, paprika, mix these together well, pepper sauce, mix these together, oysters, catsup, horseradish, parsley, onions
