Deep Dish Chicken Pot Pie

  1. Heat Oven to 375
  2. Cook chicken in dressing in ;large skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes
  3. Add cream cheese, cook and stir 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted
  4. Stir in flour until blended
  5. Add broth and vegetables, stir and simmer 5 minutes.
  6. Pour into 10" deep dish pie plate or 2 qt casserole.
  7. Cover with pie crust, seal and flute edges
  8. Cut slits in crust to let steam escape
  9. Bake 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown
