Deep Dish Chicken Pot Pie
- 14 cups Zesty Italian Dressing
- 4 ounces Cream cheese softened
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- 3 cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables, thawed and drained
- 1 PIe Crust
- 1 pound Chicken Breasts, skinless and boneless, cut in small pieces
- Heat Oven to 375
- Cook chicken in dressing in ;large skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes
- Add cream cheese, cook and stir 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted
- Stir in flour until blended
- Add broth and vegetables, stir and simmer 5 minutes.
- Pour into 10" deep dish pie plate or 2 qt casserole.
- Cover with pie crust, seal and flute edges
- Cut slits in crust to let steam escape
- Bake 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown
