Chicken And Pasta
- 2 tsp. olive or vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. dried parsley or basil flakes
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 c. sliced chicken breast tenderloins
- 2 1/2 c. mostaccioli or spiral noodles
- 1 pkg. frozen vegetable mixture (carrots, cauliflower, asparagus) or 2 green pepper strips, sauteed in 1 Tbsp. margarine
- Heat oil carefully.
- Sprinkle seasonings and bread crumbs over oil, stirring to distribute.
- Toss chicken strips into oil and saute until cooked.
- Meanwhile, prepare mostaccioli as directed on package.
- Gently heat vegetables until tender (do not overcook). Toss chicken mixture, vegetable mixture or sauteed peppers and pasta together.
- Serve immediately.
