Zuccini Pie

  1. Saute onions, mushrooms and zuccini in margarine. Add tomatoes and cook until tender.
  2. Beat eggs and milk together.
  3. Bake pie shells at 350 degrees for 7 minutes before filling.
  4. Layer saute mixture and cheese twice. Pour egg mixture over the top. Top with cheese.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
  6. Add browned hamburger to saute mixture before layering if desired.
